Meet Samuel, David, and Léa—three remarkable members of our diverse and dynamic team at Bambelo. Their journeys to the Netherlands and experiences at our company offer unique insights into the vibrant culture we foster here.
From Spain to France: A journey to Bambelo
Samuel, originally from Madrid, was drawn to the Netherlands for its opportunities and open-minded atmosphere. “The idea of having an international team and helping companies from my country was very appealing.” David and Samuel already lived in Breda when they joined Bambelo. Before joining Bambelo, David transitioned from the Hospitality and Events sector to sales and marketing two years ago before joining our team. Léa arrived for a short internship but extended her stay after falling in love with the Dutch lifestyle and our company values.
Day in the life at Bambelo
As Partner Happiness Managers, Léa and David have a lot of contact with partners of Bambelo. David describes his day as very varied. “Between reaching out to partners to offer analysis-based tips, optimising lead conversion, and attending meetings with French-speaking colleagues from other Bambelo departments.” Léa, managing the French-speaking Belgian market, finds fulfilment in helping clients achieve their goals. “I help them develop their business and get the most out of our prospects.”

Embracing the Dutch Culture and Bambelo’s environment
Living in the Netherlands has brought unique experiences for each of them. Samuel enjoys the diversity and personal growth opportunities. “Meeting different cultures and people has made valuable changes in me.” Léa loves the Dutch hospitality and social environment. “Every Friday we have a drink in the canteen to celebrate the weekend,” she says with a smile.
Memorable moments and achievements
Their time at Bambelo has been marked by memorable moments and achievements. Samuel fondly remembers team Spain winning the BAM award (award given by Bambelo to recognize the hard work of employees and teams) during his first week, breaking the ice with his new colleagues. Léa beams with pride at the success of creating the French market within Bambelo, supporting numerous companies in achieving their goals. For David his most memorable moment at Bambelo was during his second week when the entire team dressed up and partied for Carnival. “It perfectly captured Bambelo's work hard, play hard spirit."
At Bambelo, we celebrate the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our team members. Their unique perspectives and contributions make our company a vibrant and dynamic place to work. We are proud to have such an international and talented team driving our success!
