Kek! Makelaars in Tiel started at Bambelo in September 2022. With the leads from Bambelo, Kek! Makelaars has experienced faster growth than anticipated.
Kim and Mâcé work together in a beautiful office in Tiel. They describe their agency as the coming together of the best of two worlds. Their characters, approach, and preference for types of properties differ, allowing them to complement each other well. "Kim likes apartments and 'through-and-through' houses, while I prefer farmhouses and renovation projects," says Mâcé Dolron. "Furthermore, we are both straightforward and bring a wealth of experience."
"Om sneller te groeien en naamsbekendheid te maken, zijn wij leads gaan afnemen bij Bambelo.”
Kim and Mâcé have been working together for almost two years. "We quickly agreed on how we wanted to approach it and which region we wanted to focus on," says Mâcé, "but then you still have to make it happen. We already had a nice portfolio of clients, but to grow faster and make a name for ourselves, we started obtaining leads from Bambelo."
Mâcé: "The experience has been very positive. Of course, there are sometimes inquiries from consumers who are not looking for a real estate agent. These leads are easy to return. The most important thing is to focus on the right leads because those consumers do want to sell."
Kim and Mâcé not only have good market knowledge at their disposal but also possess a healthy dose of enthusiasm and an open attitude, which convinces many consumers to choose Kek! Makelaars. This results in a great collaboration between Kek! Makelaars and Bambelo because that's why they acquire leads in the first place.

"I find it inspiring to see how Kek! Makelaars has grown from a starting real estate agency to a well-known name in the region. The fact that our leads have contributed to this development makes me proud. I have experienced the collaboration as pleasant since the initial phase, and the communication is clear. I enjoy working together with Kim and Mâcé."
